At Thrive Advocacy Herts & Essex CIC, we walk alongside people when systems feel overwhelming. We make sure your voice is heard.

Support at meetings, help to understand your rights, and someone in your corner for SEND, education, health, housing and social care.

One-to-one practical and emotional support for families, parents and carers
3. Community Groups & Wellbeing
Safe, welcoming spaces to connect, reduce isolation and build confidence. Peer support led by lived experience.
4. Signposting & Empowerment
We help you find the right service, write the email, make the call — so you have the tools to advocate for yourself next time.
We are not a crisis service. We are community-led, trauma-informed and independent.
